We are happy to provide a service call should you deem it necessary. Should the problem be found to be a maintainance issue or a Result of poor or incorrect installation rather than a rocal manufacturing defect, there will be a fee of £120 plus vat payab le for the call out plus a fee for any parts, mileage from dn20 8ar and labour costs involved for rectifying the problem invoiced to your Account. Under the circumstances we respectfully request that you ensure that you have fully investigated the matter prior to Requesting the service call and that all of our reporting procedures have been followed. Our doors are constructed using enviromentally friendly natural timber, they may move slightly at the top and bottom as they Adjust to their new surroundings or seasonal temperature varients. For potential bows, please request your customer follows our Care guide before reporting this to us as this will often resolve the issue.

I have fully investigated the problem and believe it to be a rocal manufacturing fault. I have read and fully understand the above and I authorise rocal to invoice us for the above should it be necessary.
