REMOVING THE EXISTING DOOR
When removing the existing door, you must take care with each step you take to ensure that the space is clear for you to fit the customers brand new Endurance door, and that everything is in place for the install to go seamlessly.

About This Module
To ensure the fitting of your customers new Endurance door is correct, you must first correctly remove the existing door. This module will show case how to remove the old door safety and sufficiently.

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO TO THE OLD DOOR?
Perform a final check to make sure the new door is the correct size for the aperture
Rip it out straight away
Remove the glass
WHAT OTHER CHECKS SHOULD YOU PERFORM BEFORE REMOVING THE EXISTING DOOR?
Check the structure around the door is free of cracks and establish whether a lintel in present or not
Check that the existing door was fitted properly
Check whether the homeowner has the kettle on or not
Once removed, what should you do with the existing door?
Leave it right next to the area where you are going to be working
Move it to a safe location away from the area in which you are working
Lean it up against the house, close to the homeowner's cars
