KEY expectations of an installer partner
As a member of the Endurance Installer Partner Scheme, you are responsible for ensuring you are providing a positive customer experience to all of your enquiries.
- Responds to homeowner enquiries and provides quotes in a timely manner.
- Reports any product related after sales issues to Endurance on behalf of the customer, providing the relevant order reference information.
- Performs a thorough handover of the completed installation, according to the Endurance Essential Care Guide.
- Demonstrate a customer care policy that puts the needs of the homeowner first, with effective policies for handling complaints.

If you don’t currently sell Endurance Doors, you can apply to open a trade account with us now. By choosing Endurance, you will be able to offer your customers the largest range of Door Styles, Colours, Hardware and Glazing on the market.
Only the best composite door installers are invited to join the Endurance Installer Partner Network, this ensures we only recommend the best to our customers. Once you have successfully opened an account with us and built a positive track record of Endurance Installations, you can request to be made an Endurance Installer Partner with your Business Development Manager. The performance of our Installer Partners is closely monitored by our sales team to ensure you are continuing to provide the best customer experience.
