What we look for in an Installer Partner

Requirements

  • Good and well-presented Website.
  • Good Social Media presence.
  • Showroom is preferable although not necessary.
  • Be a FENSA or CERTASS member.
  • Installed a minimum of three Endurance doors to our standards and guidelines.
  • Have a clearly defined customer care policy that places the needs of the homeowner first.
  • Have clearly defined policies for monitoring service levels and handling complaints.

 

As an Endurance Installer Partner, you are responsible for ensuring you are delivering a positive customer experience for all enquiries

What we need from you

  • Respond to any Homeowner Enquiries within 48 hours.
  • Quote any Homeowner Enquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate with Homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a Customer Care Policy that puts the needs of the homeowner first.
  • Have effective policies for monitoring service levels and handling complaints.
  • Perform a thorough handover of the completed installation, referring to the Endurance essential Care Guide.
  • Report any Product related aftersales issues to Endurance on behalf of the consumer, including the relevant order reference information.
