Our delivery drivers are the unsung heroes of the distribution process. They start their day bright and early, ready to hit the road with up to 20 bespoke composite doors carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit, ready to be delivered to our network of installers.

A Day in the Life of an Endurance Delivery Driver

We recently spent the day with one of our delivery drivers, Robbie who is one of Endurance’s longest serving members of the team. He took us through the average day in the life of a member of the Endurance distribution team.

Once the van is loaded, Robbie completes a checklist to ensure everything is onboard and heads out on his route. Covering towns and cities across the country, our team of drivers complete on average 10 deliveries each a day, travelling between 100 and 300 miles. When arriving at each destination, our drivers are greeted by our customers. With a friendly smile and a helpful attitude, they unload the doors and carefully transport them to our customers. Ready to be installed on homes across the country.

Contributing to Customer Excellence

Our delivery drivers are responsible for providing excellent customer service. Carefully delivering our doors and answering any questions our customers might have. Once all deliveries are completed, Robbie returns to the Endurance factory in North Lincolnshire ready to recharge for another day on the road.

Robbie and his colleagues’ hard work and dedication play a vital role in ensuring that all Endurance Doors reach our customers across the nation.
