In the past few months, we’ve looked at several of our products and talked about their benefits. Today, we wanted to shine a spotlight on a relatively new addition; Reeded Glass. This type of glazing can give your next composite door project a subtle but effective touch. Here is why we think it’s worth recommending.
Extra Light And Privacy
We introduced Reeded Glass to our collection in early spring. It’s been with us for less than a year but is already proving to be a hit. It’s sometimes referred to as ribbed glass and is a semi-obscure type of glazing. When light passes through Reeded Glass, it gets redirected and as a result, it becomes impossible to see anything on the other side. If you tried to look in a reeded glass window, you’d only see blurred colours and shapes.
