Our Customers' Words

Very Happy with our Two New Doors.

Very pleased with our new front and back doors - they have made a noticeable difference in insulating the house! The back door is a stable door and with the 9-pane window it gives more light to the kitchen and a view of the garden. Also happy with the added security. Pleasant and friendly service. The three fitters were very organised and cleaned up after themselves very well.

High Quality & Attractive.

The door looks great really nice colour matching the stile of the house 1930s semi would definitely recommend.

Very pleased - good quality, sturdy door.

Fitters arrived on time, took out old door & fitted new door, made good all the surrounding pebbledash on the outside, etc.... Love the look and feel of the door - solid, good quality finish. Will be back to get our back door replaced in the future.

Understanding Acoustic Performance

How Is Soundproofing Measured?

All our noise-reducing composite doors have a Decibel (dB) unit, which allows us to compare the volume of sounds, with zero being the lowest. For example, 0 dB would be total silence or sounds beyond normal hearing thresholds, while a normal conversation is 60 dB and a car horn is 110 dB. Any sound higher than 85 dB on this scale can cause hearing loss.

That’s why it’s vital to choose the right acoustically sound doors made from soundproof materials to restrict the amount of noise pollution you will have to put up with. Our doors feature tested and accredited dB ratings of as high as 36, so you can enjoy exceptional acoustic performance.

Certified Airborne Sound Insulation

To ensure all Endurance doors operate to modern standards, we test them in accordance with common burglary techniques. We have even put our doors through a sledgehammer testing process, showing how difficult it would be to create in a hole in the door that you choose.

Advanced Glazing Solution

Design your door exactly the way you want with Endurance. Our insulated doors are physically resilient, and even the glazing we use is tough and durable. This means it is much harder for potential intruders to break, and it also means unwanted sound pollution will find it much more difficult to make its way into your living space.

Our double and triple glazing options improve your doors’ soundproofing capabilities significantly. These glazing styles are particularly efficient at reducing noise pollution since the gaps between the panels restrict the movement of sound, keeping your living space quieter.
