Materials and Sustainability of Composite Doors
At their very core, Endurance Doors are sustainable. Made up of a solid timber core and a laminated, durable outer skin, our composites are considerably more eco-friendly and eco-conscious than PVC and timber alternatives.
Endurance doors are made from 100% traceable wood from Northern forests. Importantly, for every tree felled in the construction of our doors, we plant four more seedlings.
We also work hard to ensure that none of the waste from our manufacturing process is sent to landfill. An extensive recycling programme throughout our manufacturing process also covers packaging, polystyrene, cardboard, uPVC, timber, paper, aluminium and steel. With site-wide waste management goals, everyone at Endurance is working to produce as little waste as possible.
