Choose an installer partner from our national network for total peace of mind with your new Endurance® Door.

Our installer partner network covers the whole of the UK. All of our installer partners have full access to both the best composite doors in the UK and to our knowledge and expertise.

With one of our installer partners you can be sure of the best advice on choosing the right door for your home and the highest quality fitting. For extra peace of mind all of our installer partners are FENSA registered and can offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) for all installations; they also offer a clear customer care policy.

INSTALLER PARTNERS CHARTER

To ensure that our installer partners reach our high standards they must meet the standards below.

 Be a FENSA member.

 Offer an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) with installations.

 Installed a minimum of three Endurance® Doors to our standards.

 Have a clearly defined customer care policy that places the needs of the homeowner first.

 Have clearly defined policies for monitoring service levels and handling complaints.

 Attend regular Endurance® Doors refresher product events to ensure knowledge is up to date.

INSTALLER PARTNER LEVELS

All of our installer partners must reach our membership criteria. Certain installers are able to offer facilities over and above the standard criteria.
