Endurance Launch Three New Door Designs

Posted

At Endurance Doors, we are constantly innovating to ensure our customers never have to choose between style, security, and natural light. We are proud to announce the latest additions to our renowned Classic Collection: The Lingmell, The Scafell, and The Cheviot.

These three new designs have been engineered to bring a fresh, sophisticated aesthetic to any home exterior while maintaining the ‘legendary security’ and solid timber core that Endurance is famous for.

Here is a closer look at the new arrivals.

The Lingmell: Maximum Light, Maximum Security

The Lingmell is the perfect choice for homeowners who want to transform a dark hallway into a bright, welcoming space. Designed with a stunningly large glazed area, the Lingmell is intended to let in as much natural light as possible.

While the glass surface is expansive, there is no compromise on safety. Like all Endurance doors, it features our high-security locking systems and a robust construction. For those concerned about being overlooked, the Lingmell pairs beautifully with a wide range of glazing options, such as our elegant Spring glass, which allows light to flood in while keeping your home private from the outside world.

The Scafell: Balanced Elegance

Taking inspiration from the Lingmell, the Scafell offers a more structured, traditional look. This design takes the vast expanse of glass and splits it into two distinct vertical panels. This symmetry perfectly matches the twin moulded panels at the base of the door.

The Scafell is an ideal ‘middle ground’ for those who love a bright entrance but want more versatility for hardware. By splitting the glazing, the Scafell provides a central timber section, giving you the perfect dedicated space to fit a stylish door knocker to complete your look.

The Cheviot: A Touch of Class

The Cheviot is the pinnacle of the new trio for those seeking architectural interest. It shares the same glazed foundation as the Scafell, with panels starting just below the handle level to ensure a consistent flow of light.

However, the Cheviot adds a unique design flourish, a sophisticated top half-circle panel. This arched detail adds an extra touch of class and a heritage feel to the door, making it a standout choice for period properties or modern homes looking for a bit of traditional character.
